What Drives my Work
I believe learning should be clear, relevant, and human. My focus is on making learning easier, not by watering down content, but by helping it make sense. I collaborate closely with subject matter experts to bring their knowledge to life while keeping learners front and center: who they are, what they need, and how they learn best. I care deeply about the details without losing sight of the bigger picture, empowering people to build confidence, change behaviors, and do things they couldn’t before.
